TXG is Ayum's established service delivery partner — an internationally recognised consultancy with project experience across the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East, and India.
Through this partnership, Ayum delivers globally validated methodologies in digital engineering, BIM, Digital Twin, and GIS mapping — adapted with precision for Canadian projects, provincial codes, and governance frameworks.
All services are delivered under Canadian professional direction, with full BIM Execution Plan integration, documented audit trails, and milestone reporting on every engagement.

A dedicated operating company for managed service delivery — structured as Ayum builds its net working capital. This entity will formalise the consultancy and advisory services currently delivered through TXG into a distinct, incorporated company within the portfolio.

Importing sustainably sourced food products crafted by women artisans and cooperatives in India — creating a certified trade pathway enabled by the incoming India–Canada free trade agreement. A business designed around equity, sustainability, and authentic provenance.
